Elastomeric Pipe Connectors

Fuller Valve's Elastomeric Pipe Connectors are designed to relieve piping stress, reduce noise and vibration and compensate for lateral and angular piping misalignment.

Pipe Connectors have a smooth bore with no arch and have a thick inner tube reinforced with multiple plies of high tensile fabric and helical steel wire or solid steel rings.

End connections are reinforced rubber flanges with steel backing rings or steel reinforced bead ends with rotating steel flanges.

Standard pressure ratings are 150psig or 300 psig depending on temperature and application. Higher working pressures may be available for some applications.

Pipe Connectors are designed for vibration, angular and lateral movement only. If there is a possibility of axial forces acting on the connector, then either use control units to restrict the pipe motion or use an expansion joint that is designed for axial motion.
