Available in round or rectangular shapes and several configurations Elastomeric Flue Duct Expansion Joints are offered for applications with operating temperatures up to 400 ^oF.

Elastomeric Flue Duct Expansion Joints are normally rated +/- 3 psi, however at Fuller Valve we can manufactured custom designed round and rectangular expansion joints for working pressures up to 15 psi while still maintaining flexibility

Composite Fabric Expansion Joints are an effective solution for applications above 400 ^oF and up to 2000^oF.

Depending on the service conditions this multi-layered construction consists of different specific combinations of fiberglass reinforced fluoropolymer, TFE film, woven fiberglass retainer plies, thermal insulation barrier and optional insulation pillow to enhance thermal capacity and reduce dust buildup.
